The hell that is the time between thankgiving and christmas breaks

This is the time of the season! Its time to be merry, Time to rejoice! no. not it is not. This is the time between thanksgiving and winter break. The time where the roads always blow and school is never cancelled. This what the entire highschool population in America is going through. This is the teenpocalypse. Noone wants to drag their ass out of bed at 6 in the morning and scrape ice off their car for 10 minutes in the -5 windchill morning. Clearly this must be the end. A snow day might roll in ONE TIME, YOU GET YOUR HOPES UP, MAYBE JUST MAYBE IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN! It never will. But wait! There is one hope, one glimmering light at the end of the tunnel! You see it coming, you see the great savior of your depression. It is none other than winter break. 10 days off school. Hands down, it is the greatest thing in your life to look foward too besides the blessed warmth of summer. You think about it, you obsess about it, you plan crazy partys with your friends and most of all, you pray. You pray for the strength to take that pencil and scribble your essays, fill in your exam scansheets, and do busy work in math. Thank god, i have 4 days left till blessed salvation. So in conclusion, Dear Lord of the winter break, please bless me with your glorious break and save me from the evil retribution that is the void between breaks. Amen.
